Mommy got out cheap on her date tonight....A whopping $10 and *free* entertainment! We both had dinner and dessert and then ran like crazy through the Playplace! What a fun night with my little man. He was the most absolute sweetest thing at dinner. I think he gave me over 11 kisses.... can't wait for another date night with my monkey!

Chase's L-O-N-G hair
Chase's bath after his *rockstar* hair-do!! His hair is getting so long, but I'm partial to it and having a difficult time finding the perfect "Chase" look. I think he does look good with shorter hair. He tends to look more on the preppish side, but it is fitting for him. BUT I also like him with the longer look and that seems to fit too. Decisions, decisions! For now, I will keep styling it a variety of ways until we figure out what to do next. At least he likes getting his hair styled!
Trying a "New-Do"
Chase's hair texture is heading in the same direction as mine.....coarse like a horse's mane, but will hold any kind of style, up-do, curl, etc! Yesterday morning I decided to *do* his hair with Daddy's hair bondage style gel. This stuff is super sticky, but since it was a bath night, I wanted to try it out. Chase sat very still for Mommy and enjoyed getting his hair styled. He even said "Cheese" when I busted out the camera. I wanted to create a "messy" rockstar look, but after he decided to *help* me style it, he looked more like Doc Brown from Back to the Future!

Bryson and Chase
After dinner the boys enjoyed the "almost done" playroom. I still have so many loose ends to finish in that room before I feel it will be complete. Oh well, nonetheless, they had a great time. They have no clue that it is still work in progress.
Bryson Came to Visit
Rich is out of town for a couple of days, so Krystal and Bryson came over for dinner and a playdate! What a fun time. Hopefully they will visit again real soon!!!!
Chase wanted Mommy's hand in this picture. I swear he will be 16 still asking to hold my hand. It's his soothing technique in conjunction with his paci and blankie. It's SO sweet, but now his little habit is turning into a 'must-have.' He doesn't like when I ride in the passenger's seat of Rich's truck without reaching to the back and holding his hand. Sometimes I just ride in the back until he falls asleep. :o)
We threw a last minute dinner idea together. Next time, we'll think of something creative for the boys to help us cook!!!

Pictures from Chase's Stay at Granny's
I have finally uploaded the pictures of when Chase stayed at my mom's while Rich and I were in Cabo. I have only selected a few to showcase his week. It looked like he had a grand ol' time, especially since Bryson was around!

Is it a Smurf or Chase?
Chase had a great day at school today. I was surprised considering he didn't wake up in the best of moods this morning. He didn't even want to eat breakfast. He did eat a good snack at school, so maybe that perked him up. Another thing that perked him up is when Ms. Netta told the class it was time to paint! Trust me, I have no clue why he insists on eating paint. It truly cannot taste good. Not to mention it colors up his diapers too :o) I just think it's hilarious that he won't try most of the foods we offer, but no matter the color of paint he will take a bite!
"The Circus"
Some of the pictures below may appear blurry. It was challenging to fight against all of the camera flashes and bright lights during the show. We captured what we could.
