Super Cute Trick or Treat Bag
For the past two years, I have used a fabric pumpkin bag (small) for Chase's trick-or-treating bag. It was the perfect size for him at 4 months and 16 months, but not going forward. I visited a bag sale that I go to twice a year and was super excited to find this canvas, collapsable square bag!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! After a few stitches to create the name, it is ready for use for many years to come!!! He is getting in lots of good practice using it with Mommy and Daddy dishing out candy!
Jackson Nathaniel is born
My second nephew was born October 12th at 4:16pm! He weighed 7lbs 10oz and was 20.5 inches in length! We welcomed him with open arms and lots of hugs and kisses. His older Bryson was quick to love him and so was his cousin, Chase! We are especially surprised that Chase wanted to give Jackson his beloved paci!!!! We just love Jackson so much! Congratulations Krystal, we love you!!!!!
Greensboro Arboretum
Sunday, October 11th, Rich and a couple of guys met at Lindley Park to practice softball. Chase and I decided to tag along so I could snap some fall pictures of Chase at the Arboretum. Chase was extremely cooperative and I was able to capture some priceless expressions! I just love taking photos of this boy!!!!
Hill Ridge Farms...Pumpkin FUN!
The first weekend in October we visited Aunt Rie-Rie, Uncle Rich and Cousin Haylie! While we were visiting we took a stroll over to Hill Ridge Farms to enjoy some fun pumpkin patch-ing and other fun activities! The weather was gorgeous. You can tell by our attire. :) Chase and Haylie had a great time. Chase was amazed by all the kid friendly activities (feed the animals, hay jumping, big slide, corn house, tractor ride, train ride, gift/candy store, jump house, a maze, and plenty more). I think Chase would have stayed there all day long! He was more than exhausted when we left. This farm has drastically changed since I was a kid. My mom's/granny's side of the family lives very close to this farm and we used to visit it for yummy homegrown tomatoes when I was younger. Time and money have sure changed this place into a kid wonderland. It was great to visit it again!
