We LOVE the FALL
On Sunday, Rich and I took Chase on a wagon ride up to the local neighborhood school for some fun fall pictures. Chase had a blast playing in the leaves while Rich raked pile after pile. Mommy just had a great time capturing each and every expression possible. I thought Chase looked extra cute; especially with the tongue hanging out during most of the pictures. haha! After playing in the leaves we took some time to play on the playground equipment. Oh what fun!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!
Halloween was so much fun this year. The kids are a bit older and can actually eat "some" candy. They didn't mind playing dress up in their costumes, even though the weather was so mild and sticky! Even some of the adults dressed up, too!
Three Amigos, Three Cousins, Three Boys....
My sister came over earlier than everyone else on Halloween, so I could snap some photos of the three boys together. Most of them were cute in their own way. It was funny to see how one of the older boys would react about 10 seconds after the other one did (smile, kiss, etc...), so I had to think and snap fast and often. Whew. I was sweating when I was done.
Halloween Caramel Apples
Chase loves to cook with Mommy, so I saved making the caramel apples activity for when Nana arrived Friday night so she could participate. Chase had more fun eating the sprinkles and giggling. The apples seemed to have turned out just fine and decorating them for his little friends was a lot of fun.
Trick or Treating at the Mall
After Chase's school party we met Dave and Kaylyn at the Mall to trick or treat. Poor Marie was so sick and couldn't be there. Chase and Kaylyn starred at one another when we arrived and giggled that they were in costumes. They were able to get in some good practice for the real thing on Halloween night.
Class Halloween Party
Thursday, before Halloween, Chase's class had a party at 3pm.
When I arrived, this is what I saw Chase doing....still sleeping! Zzzz! Someone hit the snooze button. He looked like a zombie during the party. It was totally a cute side of him. Again, I am partial to all of his sides. I didn't post any pictures of him eating his fun snacks because I haven't taken the time to edit his friends out of the shot and I haven't asked their parents for permission to post them.

Halloween Decorating
Trying out my Giraffe Costume
I about cried when we realized that Chase's Elmo costume was just too small and that he would not be comfortable in it for more than 30 seconds on Halloween. The larger sized Elmo costumes were basically a half costume; meaning they stopped at the waist. This would not be a huge problem, IF I could find the exact red pants to match the upper part. Oh well. I just ventured on to new ideas and stores. Rich, Chase and I went shopping for costumes last weekend, but came back home empty handed. Bummer. Monday of this week, I had a cancellation visit at work, so I stopped by Marshall's to walk around and totally found this super duper cute Giraffe costume. I LOVED it!!!! Giraffe is one of Chase's recognition words (he can read it if you write it) and he also is beginning to like Madagascar, so I picked this one!!! We thought he looked extra adorable!!!
