The day after Christmas we traveled to visit with Rich's family and celebrate the Holidays. We had a fun and again, enjoyed some great food. Chase had fun opening his presents.... he received a big kitchen from Grannie Fay, lots of pretend food, an refrigerator alphabet leap frog, smaller mega blocks, etc... from NaNa and he got a large truck and art supplies from the Charleston's (Aunt Rie-Rie, Uncle Rich and Haylie bug)!

Christmas with B's Family
We traveled to my mom's house on Christmas Day to see everyone and eat some delicious food. Wow! It was a bit crowded and somewhat chaotic, but isn't that what the Holiday Season is all about! It was great to see the boys excitement to open presents. They are slightly spoiled :)
*above* Jackson- he was so cool and happy the entire visit. He cooed to everyone and laughed a few times. What a sweetie!
*below* Bryson- he loves being silly with his Aunt B!! He just warms my heart and gives me the bashful look when I approach him. He is such a cutie!
Opening Presents...
Chase was so excited to open his presents (in between playing with the gifts from Santa). Chase was tickled to receive his sleigh bell. He still has it in his bedroom.
From Mommy and Daddy he received several big engines from Thomas the Train, a big 40 piece Potato Head, more Cars, a travel Thomas the Train set, and more accessories to add to his cars and trains, art supplies, etc...

From Santa
From what we know... (uhmm), Santa had a great and long time setting up Chase's presents. He had to figure out how to get all of these new Thomas the Train accessories to connect on the table, how to set up the Cars racetrack and how to deliver Chase a "sleigh bell" in a box *just like* the Polar Express Movie!
Santa had his work cut out for him to say the least :) The expression from the cutest little boy I know was priceless and worth every bit of Santa's hard work!!!

Christmas Treats!
Chase left some very special treats for Santa and the Reindeer! He loved sprinkling the Oatmeal and Glitter on the lawn so the Reindeer would see it glisten from the sky and would stop at our house to deliver presents! He did make a recommendation that the sidewalk was better for the sprinkles since we had snow. This way the Reindeer wouldn't get wet. Haha!!

Christmas Cookies for Someone Special....
Chase loves, loves, loves to bake with me!! I'm so happy he enjoys it!! This captures some of the fun we had while baking cookies for the man in the red suit, with the white beard, and black boots! We made a variety of cookies that all tasted delicious!! This truly is my most favorite time of the year. I love making heartfelt memories with my lil' monkey, Chase! I sure hope he treasures all of them for many years to come! What a fun time!

SNOW!!!!!!!!
I just LOVE a good SNOW!!! Chase played in the snow the day after it snowed. The ground was pretty solid; therefore, he made NO footprints when he walked. It was picture perfect!!! The footprints in the pictures were mainly made my Rich. Chase enjoyed pushing his lawn mower and grocery buggy up and down the hill in the snow....until he went for a slide and held on for dear life!! LOL!!! He also realized he could pick it up and throw it... hence, the picture below where he is chasing me with a snowball. :) We had a fantastic time and I hope we get some more SNOW before it turns to Spring.
A Very Long Day!!!
