Weekend Recap!

What a great weekend! Friday, Nana, Rich's mom came to visit and stayed the night. We went to pick Chase up from school, walked around briefly at Walmart and then headed to eat at LaFiesta! Yum-Yum! Later that night after Chase went to bed, us 3 watched the home videos we made of Chase since the day he was born. I was getting choked up just seeing how little he was and how far we have came as a family. It's so amazing to look back on our journey. I often wish I could just go back in time to hold him that size again. After watching some of the videos, I sure wished I would have videotaped him more! Sometimes you don't realize that you quickly capture that moment and turn it off abruptly without waiting to see what's next. This will be my new goal.....videotape him MORE! On Saturday, we shopped around at Garden Ridge with Nana. When Nana headed back home we drove to Winston-Salem to eat dinner with my family....another yum-yum! Today......we *lounged* around the whole day! We made a yummy roast and played all day while it rained! Once it was time for Chase to go to bed we took a peek out the window and realized it had started "snowing!!!" YIPPEE!!! Maybe we can play it in tomorrow!!!!
