We took Chase to Chapel Hill to get his 2nd haircut this afternoon. We scoped out the 3 kiddie seats and picked the airplane this time. Chase was eager to get in the airplane, but wasn't sure he wanted to wear the smock this time. I think he got used to it and started watching Dora on tv.....until the hairdresser spoke to Daddy about the haircut and she started using the clippers! The first time Chase got his haircut we only used scissors. Mommy still wanted that baby look, so we did a cute lil' trim the first go'round. This time, Daddy thought we should go shorter and let it all grow back. Chase did NOT like the clippers. I felt so terrible for him. He started to calm down once handed a toy train. He looks like a big boy now *boo-hoo* After the haircut, he played with the train table for several minutes before we headed to the mall to meet Aunt Rie-Rie, Haylie and Nana. Chase really enjoyed the play area at the mall and then we enjoyed some yummy Cheesecake Factory for dinner.
Look how lengthy the back of his hair is here *above*
"get these clippers away from me...."
Daddy trying to console him
My computer has gone wacky....I opened the picture in paint and flipped it, but he refused to cooperate on Blogger, so if you click to see it, it should open correctly. This picture clearly shows you how much hair was cut from the back :(
Playing with the train table.....I think he will pleased with Christmas. Mommy and Daddy heard the lil' birdie tell Santa he likes these!
