"1, 2...."

This morning I made Chase's breakfast (sausage, toast, yogurt, strawberries)...YUM! He was doing so well eating considering he was whining prior to this...I barely could get out of his sight this morning! Rich came downstairs to fix a bowl of dry oatmeal square cereal. Chase said, "Chase some Daddy," clearly meaning, I want some of that yummy cereal. Rich gave him 1 piece. Chase held it in his hand and said, "2 Daddy!" Rich gave him another piece and he said, "1, 2..." Rich continued to give him 1 piece at a time just so we could hear him count!!!! YIPEE! I am so proud of him. I always say, "Only 2 more crackers, etc..." I can't believe how quickly he learns things. :o)

Girl he is going to be a little prodigy! Do you have any idea how far advanced he is according to the milestone chart? Well, that was a dumb question; you probably know that chart forwards and backwards because of your job :)

Great job, Brandy. You are such a smart Mommy and the proof is definately in the pudding in Chase's case. He is sooo smart! It really is amazing to me for a 21-22 month old to already start counting...truly amazing! I can't wait until Landon starts reaching more of these milestones. It's one of the greatest feelings in the world to witness our childrens' accomplishments!
