Beach Bound!!!

We are beach bound and loving it!!! Chase hasn't been to the beach since last November and he was too little to really enjoy the sand and water. Rich and I weren't exactly sure how he would react to the big ocean, but to our surprise he "surprised" us! Rich videotaped while I snapped pictures when we first placed him in the sand. The tide was high and there was a thunderstorm in the distance and that didn't stop us from enjoying the moment. Chase screamed excitement, smiled and ran towards mommy to watch her splash her feet in the water. Chase imitated. "Monkey see, Monkey do!" He copied my every move with the water. He giggled and danced in circles. We laughed and kept on recording the moment. He walked to the water and a couple of tiny waves knocked him on his bottom and he sat right down and dug in the sand. We only stayed 20 minutes because the thunderstorm was approaching. More beach time tomorrow (hopefully!).
