Double the Pleasure

Greensboro's topic of the day yesterday: A "Wacky" Weather Day! The sky was so wild and vivid looking it almost looked fake. It was sooooo neat! At one point, I drove for almost 2 miles and to my left were the thickest dark clouds I had ever seen.....the cool part is they were barely above the rooftops of houses and buildings. It looked like a row of mountains with a beautiful crystal clear sky above. The landscape view was amazing! To my right, the sky was red and orange with light gray clouds! It then started raining and hailing! What in the world was going on??? Next I witnessed 2 AMAZINGLY beautiful rainbows with the most enhanced colors I had ever seen.....you could actually depict all the colors. Too bad the camera couldn't focus on it the way it was seen by the naked eye. Weird thing is, I was driving and taking blurry pictures and Rich was at home taking pictures! He told me to check the camera out when I got home. I couldn't believe he went out to capture the moment! I think my passion is getting to him :o)

Rich took this with the large Nikon. Poor guy didn't know he needed to switch it from automatic to manual focus.....so he keep taking pictures with the cars and houses so the camera could find something to focus on!

He did great capturing the 2 rainbows behind our neighbor's house!

Okay, so this is my attempt at taking a picture while driving.....I realized my camera was set on the indoor/party scene, so most of my pictures were blurry....not to mention I had it hanging out of the window snapping while driving!
