Spa Day and *Lost Ring*

On Friday (the day of the wedding), us girls and the mom's traveled to have a relaxing spa day! The owner of the spa had the most amazing manners and created hospitality like no other! She asked us every 5 minutes if we needed anything to eat, drink, etc.... all of our services were *on time* and the staff of the spa were extremely polite! Each girl partook in a different services (massages, manicures, pedicures, hair and makeup), so it was fun hanging out in between. I had a nice relaxing massage, so my long airplane ride the day before was worth every minute. However, back at the resort, Rich met up with some of the guys visiting for the wedding. They went to the pool and then out to the beach to throw football. When I arrived back to our room to get ready for the wedding, I asked him about his day and if he ate lunch. He replied, "I wasn't in the mood to eat." That's not like my husband, so I asked more questions. He replied, "I lost my wedding band at the beach/pool." My heart fell to the floor, but I didn't want to upset him, so I remained calm. Well to make a long story short, we asked around to many locals if they had a metal detector.....none to be found, so Monday morning before we packed and checked out, he went to the beach to search for his wedding band. He crawled around on his hands and knees and searched for close to 1 hour. One of the resort employees approached him and asked what he was searching for in the sand. Once Rich explained to him, he went to get him a rake.....Rich used it and FOUND his wedding band!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOSH! I couldn't believe it, but was so relieved our trip didn't have a bummer story behind it.
